People often ask us how we met, and the truth is, it happened when neither of us was expecting it.

Our story began in a hospital.
Years ago, he was working in law enforcement when one of his close colleagues and good friends suddenly had a medical emergency. That colleague was also my brother in law. He transported him to the hospital in an agency vehicle with lights and sirens. Since I was listed as my brother in law’s emergency contact, I received the call and rushed straight to the emergency room.

That was the first time we saw each other.
At the time, we had no idea that such a brief moment would become the beginning of our story. We were both focused on making sure someone we cared about was okay, never imagining that our paths had crossed for a much bigger reason.

When we look back now, we can’t help but smile. What felt like an ordinary day during a stressful time turned out to be the day our journey quietly began. We truly believe God was at work long before we ever realized it, bringing us together in His perfect timing.

Looking back, we wouldn’t change a single thing. That unexpected meeting led us to each other, and now it has led us here, surrounded by the people we love as we begin this new chapter together.
